Cola^®Det EQ-18 (INCI: Decyl Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide MIPA, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate) is the latest addition to Colonial Chemical Inc.’s personal care product line.

Cola^®Det EQ-18 is a sulfate-free, gentle, concentrated blend of surfactants for use as a base for high-foam personal care products. The eco-friendly blend is free of alcohol, diethanolamides, lauryl sulfates, laureth sulfates, parabens and formaldehyde.

The surfactant ingredients in Cola^®Det EQ-18 originate from natural, renewable resources, making this blend the perfect complement to mild cleansers demanding excellent foaming capability without the use of SLS’s. First-tier providers of shampoos, body washes, and hand soaps will find that Cola^®Det EQ-18 is an “easy” mix into their formulations and offers a balanced solution to sulfate-conscious users.

Adding Cola^®Det EQ-18 to shampoo and body wash formulations will result in a high lathering cleanser that won’t damage hair colorants and offer excellent hydration effects to skin and hair.

Cola^®Det EQ-18 responds gently to viscosity-building with the simple addition of sodium chloride.
