ColaTrope SC-45 is a high foaming, chlorine stable, caustic soluble surfactant and hydrotrope. ColaTrope SC-45 is an aqueous solution of an anionic surfactant containing both sulfonate and carboxylate functionality. It is stable to hypochlorites, and soluble in caustic and electrolytic solutions. It also wets rapidly, and has excellent detergent properties. ColaTrope SC-45 is used in applications in alkaline spray foam cleaners containing chlorine, and in other formulations where high foam and excellent detergency are required.
