ColaDet DEV is a personal care concentrate of anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants. This synergistic blend of surfactants provides great foaming and viscosity building in an easy to use blend. Upon dilution, ColaDet DEV can be used in a variety of applications such as shampoos and bath products with a suggested usage of 10% to 40%.
