ColaMate SAL

ColaMate SAL is stable in a pH range of 4-8, but, being an ester, it has only limited stability in strongly alkaline or acid systems. Personal care formulations should be kept at pH 7.0 or lower to prevent any possible liberation of ammonia. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric compounds, but possesses limited compatibility with cationic products.
