ColaQuat IIS is a highly concentrated liquid quaternary of an isostearyl ethylimidazolinium ethosulfate. The presence of the imidazolinium ring makes ColaQuat IIS an effective conditioner with enganced substantivity and improver water solubility. It also acts as a good anti-stat to prevent fly-away hair.
