ColaQuat PHC

ColaQuat PHC is a powerful conditioning agent combined with a pearlizing compound and is designed to provide superior wet comb-out and control of fly-away hair. It can be used as a dilution in water or combined with a built shampoo where the addition of ColaQuat PHC can create a pearly 2-in-1 shampoo from an existing formula. The primary conditioning agents are derived from safflower and soybean containing essential fatty acids that have been identified as crucial for the maintenance of healthy scalp and hair conditions. ColaQuat PHC is free of polymeric materials and silicones that can build up on the hair resulting in a flat, over-conditioned look.
